Q3, How do I book my training session?

Q3, How do I book my training session?

A3) The links below will take you straight through to the relevant pages for either 1:2:1 training sessions or Group Training Sessions...
- BOOK NOW
- Facebook Group
- Secure Booking System Guidelines
- Dog Training Booking Terms & Conditions

Q4) What shall I bring to the training session?

Q4) What shall I bring to the training session?

A4) Please bring with you some high value treats such as hot dog sausage, cheese, liver and beef. Also a plain lead or training lead (not a retractable lead or chocker collar). You can also order a training lead from the trainer for the next session and other items are also for sale. You also need to bring a ball, tuggy toy and long line.

Q5) What time shall I arrive?

A5) Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session and no earlier, as this allows the car park to empty before you arrive from the session before you.

Q6) If my dog is unable to attend the class for some reason, can I still attend?

A6) Yes of course you can, the trainer may even be able to provide you with a dog to help you to practice with one. Otherwise you are very welcome to come and watch and make notes.

Q7) Can my dog attend sessions if she's in season?

A7) No, your dog can not attend the group sessions if she is in season. If you have started your course then your dog comes into season, you can join the next group class for the weeks that you have missed e.g. if you miss the last 3 sessions of your group class, you can attend the next group class for the last 3 sessions. Or, you can transfer your remaining credit over to 1:2:1 training sessions.

Q8) Can I attend a group session if my dog is reactive to other dogs or people?

A8) No, we would advise 1:2:1 session(s) until your dog is able to behave around other dogs and people as this is too distracting for others and you will benefit much more from private sessions to help with your dogs reactivity.

Q9)If I have two dogs and I would like to attend a group training session?

A9) You can either attend with 2 people and both dogs which will be at a discounted price.
Or, You can alternate each dog per week and use your learnt training knowledge to train both of your dogs so that you benefit from attending each week but with a different dog.
Or, you can attend with both dogs and one of my assistants will take your dog into the class.
Please note that the last option does not always work as some dogs get separation anxiety and will not go with another person, so only use this option if your dog is confident with other people.

Q10) Can I pay for my group classes on a weekly basis?

A10) Yes, you can! Choose your desirable training course and follow the option weekly payment subscription plan.
